Mengusung genre komedi, El hombre del pito mágico (1983) hadir dengan cerita yang sayang untuk dilewatkan. Raúl has invented something that can change the destiny of humanity: a whistle whose sound arouses irrepressible sexual desire. The deluded inventor thought of avoiding wars with the blow of his dick, but his friend Manuel, a real cheek, will not deprive himself of using the invention to arouse as many women as possible. Not even Lucrecia, Raúl's naive fiancée, will be able to resist the magic whistle.
